7-5-5: PENALTY:
Unless otherwise provided, any person in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (1965 Code § 9-6-10; amd. Ord. 12-07-21-06, 12-7-2021)
