A. Scope of Provisions: This Chapter shall be effective in that area of the County commonly known as Weed Heights and shall encompass those certain roads, streets and highways shown on the map of the area designated "Weed Heights - Unincorporated - Lyon County, Nevada", a copy of the map being attached to Ordinance 87 and by this reference made a part hereof, said map encompassing portions of Sections 17 and 20, Township 13 North, Range 25 East, M.D.B. & M. (1973 Code §21.28.150)
B. Conflicts with Other Provisions: Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be deemed to diminish the applicability of any existing State statute or County ordinance pertaining to the geographical area encompassed by this Chapter, it being the intention of the Board of County Commissioners that this Chapter shall supplement and be in addition to all laws, statutes and ordinances otherwise applicable to the area.
