3.11.04: DUTIES:
The county board of health shall:
   A.   Oversee all sanitary conditions within Lyon County, Nevada.
   B.   Adopt such regulations as may be necessary for the prevention, suppression and control of any contagious or infectious disease dangerous to the public health. Any regulations adopted by the board must first be approved by the state board of health prior to becoming effective.
Any regulations adopted by the board under this section may be adopted by resolution thereof. (Ord. 583, 2-18-2016)
