(A) The Town Park Board has made the decision to hold special events in order to raise funds for playground equipment.
(B) Donated monies have been received for playground equipment.
(C) A special fund is to be set up and entitled Playground Equipment and is to be kept in a separate fund; and because Lynnville Park will from time to time receive donated monies for any designated purpose or the Town Park Board will hold a fundraising event for a specified purpose, the Fund will be named to coincide with the reason for said fundraiser. Any remaining monies not spent for purchase of playground equipment will be kept in this special fund for maintenance purposes.
