(A) The Town Council and the Warrick School Board entered into an agreement to allow Tecumseh High School sewer system to connect to the Lynnville Park sewer line to prevent problems with the septic system at the high school, and the Warrick School Board did agree to pay a certain amount to the sewer utility and the Town Council agreed to use the monies for the purpose of maintaining the line and any extra expense caused by this connection.
(B) The Town Council has determined that it is necessary to create an account for the monies received. The account shall be titled Tecumseh School Line Account and shall be spent only for the upkeep of the Lynnville Park line where the connection was made.
