(A) These by-laws may be amended by a majority vote of the members present at the meeting at the time the vote is taken.
(B) The proposed change or changes will be read aloud at two consecutive monthly business meetings prior to the vote being taken.
(C) Adopted changes will take effect at the next regularly scheduled business meeting.
(D) Revised by-laws will be printed and distributed to all members of the Department.
