§ 34.22 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   Candidates for the elected offices will be nominated at the first meeting in November.
   (B)   A ballot will be prepared and the election will be held by secret ballot the first meeting in December.
   (C)   In case of a tie in any election, the balloting will continue until one nominee receives a majority of the votes cast.
