(A) Regularly scheduled meetings will be the second Monday night of each month starting at 6:00 p.m. local time and the fourth Monday of each month starting at 6:00 p.m. local time.
(B) Special meetings can be called at any time at the discretion of the Chief.
(C) There will be no set quorum for the transaction of business. Business will be considered transacted when a majority of the voting members present vote in favor of or against an item brought before the membership.
(D) An officer must be present at all meetings before business can be conducted.
(E) All meetings shall be conducted under Robert’s Rules of Order.
(F) Active members who are not probationary members are eligible to vote. Honorary and associate members are not voting members.
(G) Ties in all votes will be broken by the Chief.
