§ 33.22 POWERS, DUTIES, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
   The Board shall have all duties, powers, rights and obligations, and shall conduct and organize its business, as provided for in I.C. 36-10-3-1 et seq. and as provided for herein.
