§ 33.15 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   There is hereby created, pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-1 et seq., a Department of Parks and Recreation, which shall consist of a Park and Recreation Board, a Superintendent and other personnel as the Board shall determine.
