The following expenses and liabilities of the town, town water utility and the town sewer utility shall be paid by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town:
(A) Insurance premiums;
(B) Rental deposit fees;
(C) Utility bills;
(D) Federal and state taxes;
(F) Bond and interest payments;
(G) Debt service payments;
(H) Emergency repair approved by poll of two Council members;
(I) Postage for postage meter;
(J) Salaries;
(K) Wages up to 40 hours (no overtime);
(L) Water utility meter deposit refunds;
(M) Town park utility bills, insurance;
(N) Town Community Center utility bills, and refunds for security deposits; and
(O) Credit card payments
