§ 93.11 PROHIBITION AGAINST THE USE OF POLES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person, firm or corporation to place poles in the town right-of-way for the purpose of constructing or installing utilities or utility facilities, including without limitation electric, cable, fiberoptic, or other telecommunication lines.
