§ 93.08 NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   Any person, firm or corporation shall, prior to excavating, digging, cutting, tunneling, boring, drilling, or otherwise constructing or installing a utility or facilities within town public right-of-way provide 72 hours advance notice to the town’s Clerk-Treasurer. In the case of an emergency that affects the health and safety of the public and/or requires the restoration of utility service, notice to the town’s Clerk-Treasurer shall be attempted, but work may be performed without providing such notice so long as notice is provided as soon as is reasonably possible. The notice shall be delivered, in writing and in person, to the Clerk-Treasurer at the Lynnville Town Hall, 207 Main St., Lynnville, Indiana.
