§ 35.71 TECUMSEH TRAIL MAINTENANCE AND DONATION FUND.

(A) There is hereby established the Tecumseh Trail Maintenance and Donation Fund for the purpose of receipt of funds for maintenance and donations for the maintenance and improvements of Tecumseh Trail.

(B) The Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the Tecumseh Trail Maintenance and Donation Fund by appropriations made in the same manner as other funds that receive local funds.
