§ 35.70 PUBLIC SAFETY LIT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Public Safety LIT Fund for the purpose of receipt of funds from the Public Safety LIT and to be used for permissible public safety expenses in accordance with I.C. 6-3.6-2-14.
   (B)   The Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the Public Safety LIT Fund by appropriations made in the same manner as other funds that receive local income tax funds.
