§ 150.01 COUNTY BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The Town Council believe that it would be in the best interest of the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the town, that a Building Code, as required by the law of the state be adopted.
   (B)   The Town Council believes that the best way to provide for such a Building Code is to adopt the Building Code of the County of Warrick, Indiana, hereinafter called Code, and become subject to, and bound by, the terms and conditions of the Code.
   (C)   The Town Council hereby adopts, and incorporates herein, and agrees to be subject to, all the terms and conditions of the Code.
   (D)   It hereby adopts, by reference, all the rules and regulations, as set forth in the Code, and hereby authorizes the Building Commissioner, as provided for in the Code, to establish and enforce all the provisions of the Code, within the limits of the town.
