§ 112.01 COAL MINING PROHIBITED.

(A) The activity of mining for coal, minerals or mineral substances be and the same is hereby declared a nuisance within the corporate boundaries of the town.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in coal mining operations or in any activity in which coal, minerals or mineral substances are mined within the corporate boundaries of the town.
