(A) To be placed on the agenda, notice shall be given to the Town Council President six days before the meeting. The Council shall determine the amount of business to be allowed on the agenda for a given meeting. The agenda shall be displayed on the meeting room door and the Clerk-Treasurer’s office. The Clerk-Treasurer shall post the agenda.
(B) Emergency business may be allowed at the meeting if the Town Council determines it is necessary and by a majority vote.
