If the real property owner fails to cut and remove the grass, weeds and vegetation, in order to abate the violation, within the five-day time prescribed by the written notice of violation, the ordinance violation may be enforced under proceedings brought pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5-1 et seq. in a manner similar to that of infractions, with the complaint and summons described in I.C. 9-30-3-6 issued by the Town Marshal.
