§ 92.17 EXEMPTION.
   The following areas, located within the corporate limits of the town, are exempt:
   (A)   Used for agricultural purposes; and
   (B)   Ornamental or other decorative grasses or garden plants specifically planted for landscape or human consumption purposes.
