§ 92.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INHABITED LOT OR PARCEL. Any lot or parcel of real estate located withing the town that has a structure or mobile home located thereon.
   VACANT LOT OR PARCEL. Any lot or parcel of real estate located within the town that does not have a structure or mobile home located thereon.
