The Town Council, pursuant to the information presented at the meeting, shall determine whether or not a public nuisance exists and, if it finds that a public nuisance does exist, the person, firm or corporation complained of shall have 30 days from the date of the meeting, or such time as the Town Council shall determine, to abate the public nuisance.
