(A) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on either side of Third Street between Cherry Street and Church Street in the town, being a distance of 425 feet, at any time.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on either side of Church Street in the town from the intersection of Third Street with Church Street, and thence south a distance of 240 feet along Church Street, at any time.
(B) (1) It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle upon that portion of the east side of Main Street situated immediately in front of the United States Post Office building, which said portion of said public street is approximately 30 feet in length and is designated by yellow markings on the curb thereof located in the town, which said street is also known and designated as Indiana State Highway 61.
(2) The Town Marshal is hereby authorized to remove and tow away or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service any vehicle illegally parked on said portion of the above designated street. Any such vehicle so towed away for illegal parking shall be stored in a safe place and shall be returned to the owner or operator thereof upon the payment of the cost of towing and storage of such vehicle.
(C) (1) Any person violating any provision of this schedule, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
(2) Any person violating division (A)(1) and (A)(2) above shall be fined not more than $500.
