SCHEDULE IV. ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   Second Street in said town from Main Street to Oak Street be and the same is hereby designated as a one-way street for all motor vehicles traveling in a southwesterly direction thereon.
   (B)   Second Street in said town from Main Street to Church Street be and the same is hereby designated as a one-way street for all motor vehicles traveling in a northeasterly direction thereon.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on Second Street between Main Street and Oak Street except in a southwesterly direction there along and in compliance with the one-way designation.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on Second Street between Main Street and Church Street except in a northeasterly direction there along and in compliance with the one-way designation.
   (E)   Terry Lane shall be one-way in a counter-clockwise direction upon entering the circle.
   (F)   Fourth Street shall be one-way in a westerly direction beginning at Indiana State Road 61 and ending at Old Petersburg Road.
   (G)   Second Street shall be one-way in an easterly direction beginning at Elm Street and ending at Fourth Street.
   (H)   (1)   Any person operating a motor vehicle on Second Street between Oak Street and Church Street in violation of the one-way designations provided above in divisions (A) through (D) shall be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor as provided by I.C. 35-50-3-4 and shall be subject to the punishment as provided therein.
      (2)   Any person violating divisions (E) through (G) shall be fined not more than $500.
