SCHEDULE II. SPEED LIMITS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on or across the streets in the Lynn Ridge Estate Subdivision Phase I, to wit: Lynn Ridge Circle, at a speed greater than 25 mph.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined not more than $500.
