§ 73.31 USE AND OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ON TOWN STREETS.
   (A)   Operators of off-road vehicles may use ATV streets, as those terms are defined herein, subject to the terms and conditions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Off-road vehicles may not be operated on restricted streets.
