§ 73.02 PROHIBITED OPERATION.
   Except as hereinafter otherwise provided, the operation of golf carts on permissible streets, as defined in § 73.03, is and shall be prohibited, except insofar as such golf carts are registered, equipped and operated in full compliance with this subchapter.
