§ 50.03 REMOVAL OF THE MUNICIPALLY OWNED WATER UTILITY FROM THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The municipally owned water utility of the town is removed from the jurisdiction of the State Utility Regulatory Commission for the approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stock, bonds, notes or other evidence of indebtedness.
