(A) Eligibility.
(1) This policy shall apply to all employees, in all departments of the town.
(2) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the salary ordinance.
(3) Federal, state and social security payroll deductions are mandatory.
(4) Employees shall turn in time sheets to town hall by 9:00 a.m. on day indicated.
(5) If time sheet is not received on time, employee may have to wait until next pay day to receive pay.
(6) No partial or advance pay will be issued before pay day to active employees without permission from Town Council.
(7) Town Council members shall receive one pay per month. Park Authority members and Park Advisors shall be paid one time per quarter.
(8) Compensation for employees shall be paid on the 15th and the last working day of the month. If a pay day falls on a weekend, a holiday or other day, the town hall is closed, compensation shall be paid on the last working day before the regularly scheduled pay day. No partial or advance compensation will paid to an active employee before a regularly scheduled pay day except as provided for in this section.
(B) Overtime. All overtime shall be recorded on weekly time sheets. The date, time and job requiring overtime shall be recorded for all town employees with the exception of salaried employees.
