§ 37.081 MEAL/REST BREAKS.
   (A)   All employees working a minimum of six hours shall be provided with 30 minute for meal/rest break per shift.
   (B)   Supervisors shall schedule employee breaks to accommodate operating requirements.
   (C)   No compensation is given for 30-minute meal/rest breaks.
