(A) Maternity or paternity. An eligible employee under the Family Medical Leave Act may take unpaid maternity or paternity leave in accordance with the terms of said Act.
(B) Funeral leave. Full-time employee shall be entitled to a paid funeral leave in conjunction with the day of the funeral in the event of the death of an immediate family member. The length of the leave depends of the family member as outlined below. In the event of a death in an employee’s immediate family (employee’s parent, brother, sister, spouse or child), three consecutive working days for the purpose of making necessary arrangements and attending the funeral shall be received.
