§ 72.05 PARKING AND THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE TECUMSEH TRAIL.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply:
      MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle that is self-propelled, to include without limitation, automobiles, vans, trucks, SUVs, motor homes, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, golf carts, SMVs, riding lawn mowers.
      TECUMSEH TRAIL. The eight-foot-wide asphalt trail located along SR 68 which provides access for pedestrians to travel between Tecumseh Jr./Sr. High School and Lynnville Community Center.
   (B)   No unauthorized motor vehicles shall be allowed to operate on any part of Tecumseh Trail at anytime.
   (C)   No person shall stop, stand, or park an unauthorized motor vehicle upon Tecumseh Trail at any place or time.
   (D)   Signs shall be posted at intervals along Tecumseh Trail indicating that parking and operation of unauthorized motor vehicles on Tecumseh Trail is prohibited.
