(A) Regular meetings. The regular meeting of the City Council shall be held at 6:00 p.m. (legal time) on the fourth Monday of each month, at the City Hall, 515 Wood Road, Lyndon, Kentucky; provided, however, if any such meeting date is a state or national holiday or falls on the week of Christmas, the regular meeting will be held at the regularly scheduled Caucus Meeting date preceding the Council meeting date that falls on the holiday, on the third Monday of the month, at 6:00 p.m. as set in division (C) below. (B) Special meetings.
(1) Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
(2) At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
(C) Caucus meetings.
(1) In addition to the regular meeting, the city establishes an informal meeting to be held monthly, which informal meeting shall be referred to as a Caucus Meeting.
(2) Attendance at the Caucus Meeting shall be open to the public. However, the attendance of the City Council members shall not be mandatory.
(3) The Caucus Meeting established in division (1) of this section shall be held at Lyndon City Hall, 515 Wood Road, Lyndon, Kentucky on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. (prevailing time). In the event that the regular meeting of the City Council falls on a state or national holiday or the week of Christmas in a given month, the Caucus Meeting date and time (third Monday at 6:00 p.m.) will be the date and time for the regular City Council meeting.
(4) No final action shall be taken at a Caucus Meeting unless the Caucus Meeting also qualifies as a special meeting of the City Council pursuant to KRS 61.825, or if the monthly regular Council meeting falls on a state or national holiday or the week of Christmas, in which case the Caucus Meeting date and time (third Monday at 6:00 p.m.) shall be the date and time for the regular Council meeting.

(D) Minutes. The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
