§ 152.19 LAWYERS TO FOLLOW RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.

Lawyers practicing zoning matters shall follow the rules of civil procedure. The court may require the same procedure of others. The City Attorney and the lawyer for the Planning Commission shall be lawyers of record.
