§ 152.03 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   The amendments adopted to the Development Code (Zoning District Regulations) for all of Jefferson County, by action of the Louisville and Jefferson County Planning Commission through Docket No. 9-64-87 and Docket No. 10-24-87, are hereby adopted by the city.       (5)   Docket No# 9-30-90 - Amendment to Section 6.3 (C-2 Commercial Zone) of the Development Code to permit bingo halls and parlors.
      (6)   Docket No# 9-79-90 - Amendment to Article 13, concerning Floodplain Regulations of the Development Code for all of Jefferson County Kentucky.
      (7)   Docket No# 9-43-91 - Proposed revision of the Development Review Overlay District, Section 7.3 of the Zoning District Regulations.

   (D)   The following amendments and/or regulations as written and adopted by the Louisville and Jefferson County Planning Commission are hereby adopted by the city:
      (1)   Dockets #9-67-91 and 10-27-91 - Amendments to the Development Code for all of Jefferson County, Kentucky concerning creation of a new Conditional Use for In-Home Day Care, Parking Waiver for the Central Business District and various other changes, with the exception of the revised definition of Restaurant as found in section 2 of the Development Code.
      (2)   Docket #9-59-92 - Various amendments to the Development Code, including revised regulations governing auto service stations in the C-1 Zone, revision of the R-R and DRO Districts; addition of the Solid Waste Transfer Station use category in M-2; and creation of the C-R Commercial-Residential Zone, with the exception of the definition and regulations governing residential kennels.
      (3)   Docket #15-1-92 - Adoption of the Hurstbourne Parkway Corridor Study which addresses future land use, transportation improvements, and visual quality along Hurstbourne Parkway, from KY 22 to Bardstown Road, along Fern Valley Road from Preston Highway to Poplar Level Road, and along the projected corridor linking those two roadways.

   (I)   The following proposed revisions to the Land Development Code, Docket #9-26-03, as recommended by the Louisville and Jefferson County Planning Commission, are adopted:

   (N)   The proposed amendment to the Land Development Code regarding Chapter 2, Part 5 — M-3 zoning district to allow sports arenas, Case #11208, recommended by the Louisville Metro Planning Commission, is adopted.

   (Q)   Approving Land Development Code amendments to Chapter 8 and related sections pertaining to signs, as adopted by Ord. 10-25-10.
   (R)   Approving Land Development Code Amendments of Chapter 10, relating to the tree canopy, tree protection and enforcement and Chapter 2, allowing an indoor go-kart track as a permitted use to PEC Zoning District, as adopted by Ord. 1-24-11A.
