(A) The Comprehensive Plan for Louisville and Jefferson County adopted heretofore, and all amendments, changes and/or deletions thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
(B) It is the intention of the city to be bound by the terms of said Comprehensive Plan, so far as they relate specifically to the said city’s actions.
(C) Copies of said Comprehensive Plan are available for public inspection during normal hours at the office of the City Clerk.

(D) There is hereby adopted the Statement of Goals and Objectives attached to Ordinance 4-21-97-1996-97 and incorporated herein by reference.
(1) This statement of goals and objectives shall be readopted, when the remaining elements of the revised Comprehensive Plan and interim or permanent land use regulations are prepared and ready for adoption.
(2) The adoption herein shall not affect a repeal of revocation of the existing Comprehensive Plan elements and Development Code which shall remain in full force and effect until such time as all revisions to the Comprehensive Plan and Development Code are prepared and adopted.
