§ 114.02 OUTDOOR SALES/DISPLAY.
   Outdoor sales and display is permitted in the C-1, C-2, and C-M zoning districts under the following conditions:
   (A)   Items placed for outdoor sales or display must be set back 25 feet from the front property line and can be no more than five feet in height. If the items for outdoor sales and display are placed within five feet of the premise’s front door, such items cannot be over three feet in height.
   (B)   Items for outside sales or display cannot cover more than 10% of available area of the premises.
   (C)   No required parking area may be covered by the items for outdoor sale or display.
   (D)   Live plant material is exempt from the rules regarding outdoor sales or display but not from those regarding parking requirements. No live animals may be the subject of outdoor sales or display. No vehicle in an inoperative condition may be offered as an outdoor display.
   (E)   An outdoor sales or display permit must be obtained from the city (at no charge) prior to placing such items on sale or display. The applicant must submit a drawing to scale of the proposed outdoor sales or display, showing the proposed sale or display area.
