Within the corporate limits of the city, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to do any act authorized by any alcoholic, malt beverage or wine license with respect to the manufacture, storage, sale, purchase, transportation or other traffic in alcoholic beverages unless he holds the kind of license that authorizes such act from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, County of Jefferson, and City of Lyndon.
