§ 94.16 REMOVAL OF LITTER FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY BY CITY; LIEN.
   The procedure for the removal of litter from private premises and the charging of the expense thereof as a lien upon such property to be collected shall be in accordance with the state statutes. The Mayor shall be responsible for the implementation of this enforcement program.
