§ 94.15 MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO PREPARE GUIDELINES FOR COMPLIANCE.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to prepare written guidelines on how to comply with this chapter. In doing so, applicable federal, state and local standards regarding fire prevention, pollution control, public safety, nuisance, and health shall be given due consideration.
