(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.

(B) There shall be a penalty of up to $200 per day for persons failing to complete the application process set forth in § 91.01. Each day of non- compliance shall be considered a separate offense.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of 91.35 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense, and each day shall be deemed a separate offense for which a separate fine may be levied.
