(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, locate or maintain any post, rail, fence, wires, concrete pyramids or other similar obstruction upon any street, sidewalk or public right-of-way.
(B) Any person in violation of this section shall be sent notification of the violation by an authorized city official, and given five business days to remove any or all obstructions.
