§ 72.12 DISPLAY OF PARKED VEHICLE FOR SALE; WASHING AND REPAIRING OF VEHICLE ON STREET PROHIBITED.

(B) No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the purpose of washing, greasing, painting or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
