   OPERATION RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RENTALS
   LYNDON CITY HALL - ASSEMBLY HALL AND CONFERENCE ROOM
   1.   Closing times: weekly - 11:00 p.m. and weekend - 12:00 a.m.
   2.   All fees are based on a four-hour time limit.
   3.   Lights and heating/cooling system shall be turned off prior to leaving the building. All doors shall be secured.
   4.   Rental shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
   5.   Assembly Hall is scheduled twice each month for the use of the City Council - the first Tuesday and the third Monday. The Conference Room is reserved for meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
   6.   All groups using the Assembly Hall will be required to provide a $100 damage deposit prior to each use.
   7.   Any individual or organization using the building will be fully responsible for any damage caused during said use of a City of Lyndon facility.
   8.   Necessary clean-up after events or meetings is the responsibility of the renter, specifically removing all foodstuffs and placing all garbage in the outside dumpster prior to leaving the building.
