(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(1) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION. An organization whose main purpose is to generously give to the needy.
(2) LYNDON CIVIC ORGANIZATION. Any organization which operates within the city, specifically the Woman’s Club, Fire Department, the Lyndon Business Association and the Lyndon Homemakers.
(B) Rules. The operation rules and regulations of the schedule set forth in the appendix to this chapter are hereby incorporated by reference into this section.
(C) Fees. The Lyndon City Hall Rental rates of the schedule set forth in the appendix to this chapter are hereby incorporated by reference into this section.
(D) Waiver of fees. The fees for the facilities of City Hall may be waived if a majority of the Architectural Review Board determines an emergency or other exceptional circumstance warrants such action.
(E) Alcoholic beverages prohibited. Alcoholic beverages of every nature and kind are prohibited on or about all the premises of Lyndon City Hall.
