The Personnel Policies and Procedures and Classification and Compensation Plans known as the City of Lyndon Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, a copy of which is filed in the office for inspection, shall be the system of personnel administration for the city, and are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein.
