(a) Right turns on red are prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the intersections or parts thereof hereinafter designated, in accordance with Section 414.03(c)(5):
(1) Brainard Road and Meadow Wood Boulevard, east and south bound;
(2) Mayfield Road and Evanston Road, west bound;
(3) Richmond Road and Anderson Road, all directions.
(b) Right turns on red are prohibited between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., school days, at the intersection of parts thereof hereinafter designated, in accordance with Section 414.03(c)(5):
(1) Mayfield Road and Brainard Road, all directions.
(c) Right turns on red are prohibited at all times at the following intersections, in accordance with Section 414.03(a)(3)E.:
(1) Southbound I-271 exit ramp at its intersection with Brainard Road, north turn;
(2) Brainard Road northbound at its intersection with I-271 entrance ramp, except curb lane;
(3) Mayfield Road westbound to Irene Road.
(d) Right turns on red are prohibited between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the following intersections, in accordance with Section 414.03(a)(3)E.:
(1) Mayfield Road and Richmond Road, all directions;
(2) Northbound main exit drive at east side of Greens of Lyndhurst, east turn. (Ord. 2006-83. Passed 11-6-06.)
