1182.09 MAINTENANCE.

The property owner shall be responsible for the continued maintenance of EVSE. If the EVSE is non-operational for a period of greater than three (3) months, it shall be removed within thirty (30) days. Testing of EVSE shall be performed on-demand as requested by the Building Department. (Ord. 2024-12. Passed 5-6-24.)
