(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a special revenue fund to be identified as “Municipal Court - Special Projects Fund.” Said Fund shall be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of receiving and disbursing all monies related to special projects of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court, as allowed in Ohio R.C. 1901.26(B)(1).
(b) Expenditures from said Fund shall be made by the Director of Finance upon receipt of the proper certificates and vouchers approved by the Judge of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court or such other officers authorized by law.
