197.01 OFFICERS.

The officers of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court, as provided for in Ohio R.C. 1901.31(H) and 1901.32, shall be the Clerk and the Bailiff. Additional Deputy Clerks and Deputy Bailiffs may be appointed by the Clerk and the Court, as provided for in the annual appropriation for such Court by the City.
